Daniel Pfeifle, M.D. is a fellowship-trained Pulmonologist and Intensivist at Rapid City Hospital. Dr. Pfeifle trained in a Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, where he was Chief Fellow. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Pfeifle received his M.D. from the Sanford School of Medicine at University of South Dakota in Vermillion and graduated summa cum laude with Honors in receiving his B.A. in Physics with a minor in Chemistry from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa.
