Anuj Shivalingaiah, M.D., is a fellowship-trained Intensivist in Pulmonary Critical Care at Rapid City Hospital. Dr. Shivalingaiah trained for Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City where he was also a Resident in Internal Medicine. He received his medical education at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute in India. For leisure activities, Dr. Shivalingahiah enjoys playing team sports like volleyball and cricket, in which he effectively led his school and college teams to many victories as the captain. He has also enjoyed playing chess since beginning at a young age and prefers employing aggressive, but innovative tactics similar to Mikhail Tal and Bobby Fischer.
